General Pricing Policies
All trips will include a 15/20 percent gratuity and travel surcharge, current fuel, and prep fees. Certain zip codes may incur additional travel charges. Additional charges may be added for parking, toll road, and other items that are applicable during your trip.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Mileage charges may be added for pick-up and drops that are located in certain zip code areas. Rates are adjusted according to your pick and drop location as well as distance of travel. Trips outside 50 mile radius from home office will incur additional charges. Your charge time includes drive time to and from your location therefore this time should be considered when determining how many hours of service you may need. All prices given are specific to geographic areas. Changing your destination or departure location can affect the price. Overtime is charged in twenty minute increments and may be higher than your hourly rate.
Pickup and Drop Services. Pick up and drop services are limited to certain geographic areas. Please call our office for details. Pickup and drop services do not include any stops and are limited to travel time only. Premium prices go into effect for P&D after 11:00 pm if available. Additional time may not be available due to scheduling. This service may not be available during Rodeo season, Prom season or other special event times within the city. Special event times are any times that may cause extreme demands for vehicles within the Houston metropolitan area.
Sporting Events and Concerts..ask for details. We have special pricing for these events, call for quotes.
Zip code Pricing. All rates are priced according to zip codes. Please give correct zip codes for your trip so that we may give you the best possible price.
Limousine stops. Generally all parties will be picked up and dropped off at the same location. Multiple stops to drop off or add passengers will incur an addition charge as determined by the company. Service does not include shuttle service that allows different passengers to board and deboard the limousine. These stops do not extend your original time but are included in your hourly rate.
Cancellations and payment. Payment is due in full 72 hours before your pickup date. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your scheduled trip. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the vehicle hourly rate.
This does not include all pricing policies. All others are provided on your contract according to your agenda.
