General Pricing Policies
All rates are subject to change without notice. Immediate rentals are charged at higher rates. Immediate is anything without a 48 hour notice.
Limousine service is different from a ride service so please schedule your trips in advance to ensure availability for your event.
Rates are adjusted according to your pick and drop location as well as distance of travel. Your charge time includes drive time to and from your location therefore this time should be considered when determining how many hours of service you may need. Overtime is charged in twenty minute increments and may be higher than your hourly rate.
Pickup and Drop Services. Pick up and drop services are limited to certain geographic areas. Please call our office for details. Pickup and drop services do not include any stops and are limited to travel time only. Pick up and drop off service not available after 10 pm. This service may not be available during Rodeo season, Prom season or other special event times within the city or on an immediate basis.
Minors: All minors must be accompanied by an adult in the Limousine (except during Senior Proms) over the age of 25 years old.
Sporting Events and Concerts..ask for details. We have special pricing for these events, call for quotes.
Limousine stops. Generally all parties will be picked up and dropped off at the same location. Multiple stops to drop off or add passengers will incur an additional charge as determined by the company. Service does not include shuttle service that allows different passengers to board and deboard the limousine.
Cancellations and payment. Payment is due in full three days before your pickup date. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your scheduled trip. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly rate.
This does not include all pricing policies. All others are provided on your contract according to your agenda.
NO SMOKING OR FOOD ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN VEHICLES INCLUDING ELECTRONIC SMOKE DEVICES.
